General Terms and Conditions of Sales

CELLSGEN cosmetic products undergo thorough quality controls before their sale to ensure that they reach our clients in perfect condition. For this reason, exchanges and returns will only be accepted if products are returned in their original packaging in perfect condition. Exchanges and returns shall not be accepted on any item that has been unsealed, opened or used.

1 Subject and scope of application:

These General Terms and Conditions of Sales (henceforth GTCS) apply to the contractual relationship between GRUPO CELLSGEN (henceforth GC) and its customers (henceforth customer), resulting from the sales of products that CELLSGEN DERMOCLINIQUE makes after an order has been placed and by the customer and accepted by GC. The customer accepts the GTCS when placing their order, having prior knowledge of their content on the company web page: www.cellsgen.com. These GTCS are automatically applied to any sale completed through this web page.

2 Placing an order

The customer shall send orders for products to GC via the order form on the web page (www.cellsgen.com) specifying the quantities on the form. Once the order has been accepted by GC, it will be considered final and binding by both parties.

3 Price and payment

Payment for the order shall be made according to the methods specified on the GC web page (bank transfer, credit care, PayPal, etc.). No order shall be processed until payment has been completed. The prices are given in euros and include the taxes applied in each case. The delivery charges applied are given at the time of purchase and on the invoice for the order.

4 Delivery

The delivery times are approximate and in no case shall be guaranteed. In each case, GC shall make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery times stipulated.

5 Cancellation and Returns

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED ANY UNORDERED ITEM, IF IT IS FAULTY OR HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT contact us within 14 natural days from the date of receipt of the order. To this end, we have provided several communication channels:

Please remember to inform us of the reason for the exchange or return and the order reference number so that we can provide a tailor-made solution as soon as possible. In these cases, Cellsgen Group shall be liable for any costs incurred due the return of the product and shall reimburse the total amount of the product or exchange it. Very important: in the event of breakages in transit, the damage must be reported no later than 24 hours after the product is received; otherwise, GC shall not be held liable. After the returned product has been received, the refund shall be made by means of the same payment method used by the customer during the purchase (the refund shall only include the price of the product, no refunds being given for delivery costs incurred). Very important: the customer shall be liable for the direct cost of returning the product.
MODIFYING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE RECEIVING THE GOODS. If the order has left the warehouse, the customer shall be liable for the direct cost of their return. If we have not yet processed your order, you only have to inform us about the change or cancellation and no charge will be applied.Refunds shall be made using the same method of payment used by the customer to make the purchase.
